Summer Vacation

This year for summer vacation, my parents rented a cabin in Sky Valley, GA.  A family friend in Sarasota owns it and we had such a great time.  It was a perfect location, with things to do in every direction and it was a large enough cabin for everyone to have some space.  I think we took over 800 pictures during the week, which is crazy to me, so it is hard to choose which ones to post.  It was a relaxing and fun week, except that Ryan and I were trying to close on our new house so we had to hunt around town for printers and fax machines a couple of different times.

We saw a lot of great scenery and waterfalls.
Bailey saw her first movie in the theater, Toy Story 3, on a rainy day.
We went gem mining.
We went swimming.
We went to the Dillard House to eat and to their petting zoo.
We went to the Cabbage Patch Hospital and to Helen, GA.
We went trout fishing.  The girls were not big fans of it, especially Emma Catherine.  As soon as someone caught a fish she ran far away.  I actually enjoyed fishing and would have enjoyed catching more fish but we didn't want to catch too many because you paid for the fish by the pound and we don't even like to eat fish.  We actually gave the fish to the people that owned the pond.
We also did some photo shoots.
Well that was definitely the most pictures I have ever put on here at one time but it was worth it to have the memories when I one day put this blog into a book.
